How do I access my purchased template files?
Immediately following checkout, your template is added to your account library under 'My Purchases' (or /app). Depending on whether the creator chose direct file delivery or repository access, you will see direct .zip downloads or a private GitHub invite / share URL link.
What is your refund policy on digital templates?
Because digital goods grant immediate access to complete source code, refunds are generally provided if a template is fundamentally broken, missing core features advertised on its product page, or if the author fails to provide a working update within 7 days.
Can I use purchased templates for client work and commercial projects?
Yes! Unless explicitly specified otherwise on the individual product page, standard template licenses allow you to build unlimited commercial end-products for yourself or your paying clients. You cannot, however, resell or redistribute the template source code as a competing theme or boilerplate.
How can I apply to become an author and sell my boilerplates?
We welcome creators who build modern, production-grade templates for Next.js, React, Nuxt, Astro, Svelte, Vue, or Laravel. You can sign in and visit our Seller Portal to connect your Whop payout account and submit templates for review. Sellers keep 95% of every sale.
